Japanese designer Teruhiro Hasegawa studied at Central Saint Martins BA womenswear before coming MA course. During BA course I had internship at Lanvin 6month (2012 Spring/Summer collection and 2012 Spring/Summer Pre collection). His time at Lanvin was definitely tuning point and aw14 collection was influenced a lot by that experience.
He was awarded Chloe award 1st Prize and Jane Rapley Scholarship during MA course and is inspired by minimalism of Alfred Hithcock films. Using delicate and luxurious materials and fabrics and layering architectual textures and shapes Hasegawa takes fashion to a new frontier.
